Tip#4...Reflect on the past...But, let us not dwell on it....
I just finished watching the movie "Indian Summer". It's a movie about summer camp memories. Even though I did not attend summer camp the movie still moved me. Why? Because it encompasses so many facets of life's transition from childhood to adulthood. I have many fond childhood memories. Some are not so fond. I think most of us feel that way.
It is important to reflect on the past. But, if we dwell on it too long we cannot move forward. We end up thinking "ohhhhhhhh the good ol' days" as if there will never again be days that good. All that does is destroy our attitude today. I enjoy reflecting back. But, when we look back and think "things will never be that good again" we begin to deteriorate our present and the future. So, I encourage you to reflect on the good ol' days. But, look forward to today and tomorrow. Encourage someone today. You will be blessed more than they are if you are sincere.

Tip #3 Your priorities will determine your TRUE success in life...
Tip #3
Your priorities will determine your success in life...
This will be short and sweet...
What really matters?
Your priorities will determine your success in life...
This will be short and sweet...
What really matters?
"A hundred years from now it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove. But the world may be different, because I was important in the life of a child." --Forest Witcraft
Are you important in someone's life? It doesn't necessarily have to be a child. But, we should be making a difference in someone's life.
I promise that you will have more happiness and enjoyment than you ever dreamed of if you will just give your life away to others.

Tip#2 "MASSIVE Motivation throughout the day"
During the day we will tend to lose motivation and become unproductive. When you notice yourself becoming unproductive I suggest the following:
1. Take a walk for at least 10-15 minutes outside if possible. If not, then take a walk inside. Look for things that inspire you(nature, etc.). If it is someone that inspires you then take a walk to their desk for a brief chat.
2. Belly Laugh(read, listen, or watch something funny).
3. If it's lunch time go to lunch with someone that you really enjoy spending time with instead of just anyone that will go with you. Attitudes are like a fragrance. If you are near it some will get on you.
4. Call a friend or family member that lifts you up and encourages you.
5. If it's toward the end of the day and you are losing steam I have found that laughing for a good 10-15 minutes works great.
6. If you are the encouraging type or even if you are not it's time to call, email, or talk to someone and say something that lifts them up.
7. Contact a good friend that you haven't talked to in a while.
