Tip #1 Four L's for Living Well

Hello Blog Fans,

This is my first official blog. Soooooooooooo, hey there!!! I have been called many things such as "Mr. Energy", "Mr. Funny", and blah blah blah. I am a professional speaker.

Why am I here? I want to help. Anyone want to be inspired? I usually get paid $1000-$2000 per hour to speak to groups. But, I want to help you for FREE. How about that? :-)

Looking for motivation? I hope to help.

Tip #1 Four L's for Living Well

When you wake up every morning try to belly laugh as soon as possible.

I do the following to start my day...

I call it the FOUR L'S for starting your day right...

Laugh- Play a DVD clip, audio clip, etc.
Lift- Exercise for 10-15 minutes any way possible. Jump up and down if that's all ya can do.
Lift Up- Listen or watch something inspiring
Lord- Pray and read the bible (I am a Christian...So, those of you that do not agree with me...that's okay. I still encourage you to read the bible. It has incredible words of wisdom)

I usually get all of these done in less than an hour. BTW, it saves a lot of time to listen/watch things while you shower and while you drive.
